The City & the City

Definitely an interesting concept but Mieville was too caught up in also trying to write a crime novel to flesh it out as much as I would have liked. Some of the grammar in the dialogue makes me feel like I'm just reading typos, and the flow isn't really there.

I love the concept of having to constantly unsee things in the other city, it makes you wonder how much control a government can have, in the end. I would have liked to see much more exploration of Breach and all the implications it has.
